essay on fahrenheit 451

In the Fahrenheit 451 written by Ray Bradbury talks about how the theme of the story is and how the characters are in the story and they all interpret how the story goes in the beginning, middle, and end. So in the story Bradbury talks about the theme of the story and the main theme of the story is that burning books might be the theme of the story, but if you look closer that burning books is the destruction of individual thoughts that's printed on paper. The self-determination is how controlling the thoughts of citizens and ban the free play of the imagination in the story.

The role of technology of the story is how Bradbury uses technology as a warning for readers and how the society is being controlled by society. Authorities try to control the people by living in a fictional society. The happiness is about the argument against mindless conformity and blissful ignorance. The integrity is the activities that don't involve technology. Montag changed because he met Clarisse. Montag and Beatty as protagonist and antagonist is that Beatty is a bit of a paradox and because Beatty is the antagonist and montag is the protagonist in the story of Fahrenheit 451.
Clarisse's influence on montag is that montag is greatly influenced in the story until Clarisse comes along. Mildred helped and hurt montag by the importance of how he is and how montag is defiantly too good of a person to want to wish anything harmful to anybody. The connections between the book and our lives in high school and education is that both are important to succeed in life and how both provide in the importance of education and a way of life .

a step ahead of th hound

1 to plant a book into their house
2 if there wasn't any war
3 it's the size of a postcard
4 the hunt for montag was on tv while he was on the run
5 to look for him
6 they all represent the life in its natural glory
7 railroad tracks
8 its ironic because fires are supposed to burn books and its different because the people around the fire are books
9 granger is an author, his associates are a bunch of hippies
10 they capture and arrest some random dude that isn't montag
11 they were self reliant and did what they wanted and not what society wanted

The pedestrian

 1. the theme for the pedestrian is that it's kind of mysterious because in the first line is starts off as ''to enter out into that silence that was the city at eight o'clock of a misty evening in November''.
2. Bradbury gets the message across by standing upon the corner of an intersection and I know this is because he peered down along the moonlit avenues.
3. the tone sounds as if though he's trying to get away from something or someone because he's always at night.
4. more people don't walk more in 2018 is because is has something to do with the fact that they rather be driving cars than walking.
5. I do, because it could be something new and maybe most people want to try it
6. I think it's both because at some point we all want to be free of our usual daily routine and the way to get away from all the craziness is with great music, driving to a new place you haven't seen before and with ear buds you can block your ears with great music so you don't all the crazy stuff happening around you.

inside out

prufrock and Gatsby are different on the inside because Gatsby's feelings and thoughts are different how other people see him is because of the way he wants to live a luxurious life and show off people what he has and prufrock's feelings and thoughts are different than how other people see him is by he wanting to write till his hearts content  and just not caring about the world anymore.

essay

In the last line of the book is arguably and the most important which says '' so we beat on,
boats against the current borne ceaselessly into the past'', and this embodies the thematic
conflict that defines the great Gatsby because it refers to the dualities of Gatsby and
America.
Also the final line states that echoes what Gatsby does throughout the novel as well what he is
doing. Gatsby also compares the wonder felt by discoverers seeing a continent  for the first
time. Nick also compares men rowing in wonder toward a discovered land. To Gatsby it means
to him that all people are generally struggling endlessly toward a past that he wants to
capture.
Nick's commentary toward the end of the novel by death and how it was more possible to
dream about big dreams and we as people are forced to try to get back to the past but our
humanity makes us want to go back in time when dream were possible and the problem is
we can't get there.
Nick is also returning to the theme of the significance of the past to the dreams
of the future. He focuses on the struggle od human beings to achieve their goals by both
transcending  and re-creating the past and yet are trying to prove to themselves that their
unable to move beyond the past.

BUT WHO ARE WE TO BLAME.......

so I was bored and decided to write a poem that I came up with my brilliant mind of mine, to pass the time and let the creativity flow, so I hope you guys will like it, if you don't like it well that's your opinion. feel free to comment or share it.

As I lay myself in bed,
I ask this in my head,
WHY does it MATTER? WHY do we CARE?
Is it all just lies, or truth or dare.
As we walk, we want to be the same,
But who are we to blame.
We want to be admired and loved,
from the heavens above.
We speak, but we don't say why,
or have our mouths dried.
The pain and suffering is everywhere,
but is that fair.
Right & wrong, wrong & right
is different as day & night.

article on john steinbeck

one thing I learned from this article was that Steinbeck talks about how all the goodness and the heroisms will rise up again then be cut down and rise up and that he suggests our human foibles don't negate our goodness and he means that our human foibles don't make our goodness and have a negative meaning to it and why I chose to follow a particular link and not the other because the link I chose was charioteer metaphor for good and evil and I chose it because when I clicked on it, it said that '' the free person on has a severely restricted range of choices'' and it also said that ''the person's own better nature is determining that person's choices.

I, SOCRATES

these past 2 days helped me to be more creative because what makes me creative is that I'm EXTREMELY PASSIONATE ABOUT MY ART because I express myself in a way where it all starts with an IDEA, PAPER, AND PENCIL even though I'm already creative, but these past days helped me more because they taught me how even though life can get down at times you always find a way to find the sunshine in the most deepest darkest place your in.

MUSIC AS LITERATURE

we can consider music to be literate because it tells us how we can interpret the idea of how music can tell a story and just like other literature stories, it's the same thing with music because music can also be told as a story or a poem and that story can be an impact someone's life to inspire themselves to create their own music and love what they do and knowing they can change someone's life and make a difference. The difference between a novel, a poem, a rap, a song, an opera, and symphony is that each one tells a different story because their not all the same because each talks about something they want to inspire the world and make a change.
